Dificult to say what offends.
Some people are offended by something which others may find very mild.
I agree that some Merkins seem to be particularly "straightlaced" but then there are a lot of other nationalities who are the same.
I was once rebuked in Florida by an hotel receptionist, for saying "for God's Sake". She said I was taking the name of HER God in vain.
I replied that He is everyone's God and I would continue to invoke His name to help me cope with her incompetence.
(Her supervisore took over).

I had two before being kicked of.... but then again, I really did harrass the Americans, and the military and the God Squads.... look if you get thrown off, just do what everyone else does, reinvent yourself, get back on and be even ruder!

It is a mystery why sometimes something insignificant upsets some biblebelt americans, they do not have the same sort of resilience that us brits do.
Just create yourself some additional yahoo IDs, I have about 15 different ones.
