Is it the broadband or do you have a wireless network that is being 'knocked out' when the digital phone is on.

It sounds as if you have not got the ADSL filters in line for the phone. You can then have both cables connected at the same time.

A digital phone should make no difference compared to an ordinary analogue one.

It's almost a dead cert that you haven't got any filters plugged into your sockets. Don't forget, you need a filter on each main socket (which means that you can have several phones on one output so long as they're all connected AFTER the filter).

This has happend Because your using all the power on your USB Ports ! Simple question . Just take one of the other USB ports out eg Printer ect and should work ok. You could also config your USB ports to try take more power. This seems to be the issue from what you have told me.
