Scrappie Doo without a shadow of a doubt. He single handedly ruined Scooby Doo from the moment his character appeared.

the worst cartoon for me would have to be captain planet. god i hate that show so much, it drives me mad! i have nothing against doing our bit for the environment and all that, but the way this cartoon went about it was so preachy and cheesy, it was laughable not to mention embarassing. and captain planet himself looked like a total wierdo with that awful haircut. you have these kids from different parts of the world and each of them would have these stupid little rings they wear on their fingers. alas, when they put them together out comes captain planet. man how excited i must have felt by all this- NOT!!
god, that show was terrible and utter crap. nuff said.
