The ice keeps building up in the fridge and it makes a noise.

tell us what's wrong, and maybe we can tell you what to do about it. if you mean the freezer half, thats getting the ice, possibly the seals that go around the door could be leaking air, or are not sealing properly. this can sometimes cause ice build up. as for the noise, thats hard to tell, without hearing what kind of noise. there must be an appliance repair company around you somewhere, that can send a technician to check it for you, if thats what you want to do. the pump that sends the coolant around the refrigerator, will normaly make a little noise, i mean, you can hear it when it comes on, but if its a loud rattle or something, it could be shot. it might be cheaper to find a good used one, rather than have someone spend a lot of time repairing that one, or not. I just got a really nice side by side at a thrift store for 30.00 (thats u.s.)
