you feel satisfaction from the first moment someone is making u feels every finger...off course full satisfaction or climax is when u have an orgasm and thats diff...
but if u want to be a good lover.........give a woman all the time she needs it ....on the foreplay.....oral sex...kisses....everywhere try to be the best feel everything ur doing to her......take her to a higher level and go high with her.....then penetrate her and make her have the greatest orgasm of all...with time in the relationship trust and stuff....u wont need that much time....
