people have to look like professionals at work. its one thing doing your thing outside work but at work its got to be different

Most employers state that they want all tattoos hiden, although it may be hard to do. If you are in a bank or casino, you probably would not get away with it - if a female has a tiny rose or something showing, it probably is not even noticed, but full face black tattoos would be hard to ignore - I would suspect that as time goes by, more and more piercings and tattoos will be tollerated...

I don't know...
I mean, I have constantly dyed (pink, red, purple) hair, and tattoos, and there's never a problem However, I do work at an organic food market, where the vibe is pretty liberal, and I'd have to have something that would physically debilate my work before they put their foot down.
It's different everywhere you go, but my personal opinion? Viva la difference!

As long as they do their job correctly and they are hygenic I dont see the big deal... Ive had enough non tattooed/pierced people screw up my orders, etc.....so as long as I can get someone that can count... knows their job and does it well they can be wearing a clown suit and a tiara...
