I was on Wellbutrin during my pregnancy. This one doesn't pass through the placenta. Talk to your doctor or try

I was on Zoloft and was told it is generally the safest during pregnancy and while breastfeeding but I agree with the others that you should get another opinion and maybe even stop the meds until you get either a definitive answer or one you are happy with. Also if you are asking these types of questions to strangers and don't really trust your doctor then maybe you should try to find a doctor you are more comfortable taking advice from because they do at some point have you and your child's life in their hands. Just a thought?! :)

To be honest, I think you should get a second
opinion!

Lets just say I work with many doctors and I
rather you get another opinion, just to be on
the safe side.

Good luck & I wish you the best.
Also congratulation with having another baby.

They really don't know the long term effects of an antidepressant on a fetus. Do the benefits (of you taking it) outweigh the risks(to the fetus)?

Why would you ask strangers on here rather than trust your doctor. If you don't trust your dr. get another one.
