Social issues might be something like we in America tolerating or supporting a foreign government who might not have our high standards for human rights because we are dependent on their oil.

differnet types of oil are vegetable oil, fossile oil and synthetic oil
usage of oil are cosumption, fuel, lubricant, conductivity, etc
different form of carbon is the main content in the oil
Oil is the main source of energy presently use. when buring oil it produce heat and smoke as byproduct. the byproduct gas like Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide are very dangerus for the environment.
fossile oil are not renewable while vegetable oil and synthetic oil can be.
