Watched it twice, still have no idea what happened. Were they real, did anyone die, who killed them and WHY? Did anyone survive.

The people and the hotel was all in the mind of the character who was in the wheel chair and being debated upon by that judge. They were using a fictional treatment on him that caused all of his personalities (which were the characters in the hotel) to confront eachother.
Since he had one personality that was a killer, the killer was killing the other personalities. In the end the killer survived, because it ended up being the little boy. So in reality the killer survived within the guy in the wheelchair.

The "killings" were a man's mutiple personalities being taken away to find the killer. The rain/storm was the only thing that kept the illusion going. At first I thoght I was watching 2 diferent movies!

the little kid killed them, but they weren't real they're all made up in the psycho's head.
the kid (i forgot his name) could predict the adult's actions and therefore gets them killed. the psycho would take over each individuals personality which is y he had different handwritings.

It was the kid. but it was all in that mans head he had multiple personalities. So the kid made it where he was the only personality left so they thought he was ok but he was the killer

Yeah it was simple but its been so long since ive seen that movie the kidd is wat i remember but i kno theres more to it
