This is a very interesting question.
I know myself, but I can't possibly know everything about myself even in the past. I have an unconscious and sometimes, I believe it's possible that no matter how hard I try to be honest with myself, I still will have blind spots about my faults and even my good points.
Also, it's impossible to know what life has in store for me and how I will react to every situation. Life is full of surprises and I also can surprise myself and I hope I will be surprised.
BOO! Are you surprised by how I ended my answer?

Yes, I have always been an extremely reflective soul. Not only that I can also compartmentalize my feelings and reactions and look upon my life from the outside in and therefore am continually striving for growth through that reflection.
Yes, I am a pain in the neck to my family.

At this point in life yes I do believe I know myself, but as circumstances change and I experience new things that I have never come across before in life, I will continue to learn even more about myself.

Absolutely! I am consciously aware of every decision I make and why I make it. I know why I am here and where I'm going. I am completely in touch with my feelings and I know exactly where my opinions come from and why I have them. Did that adequately answer your question? Have I missed anything?

Knowing oneself is not a knowledge of past. It is knowing continuously and in absolute present. The moment somebody says I know myself is what he/she experienced in the past. In the complete presentness, nobody will even say as I know myself.....

I like to think so, but have to reassure myself often. Try to talk to myself about it at least every week or two.
