Some people here said it's better to not love at all. But people who say that usually go out and seek love anyway, in one way or another. Clearly it's better to love and then lost because you actually get to experience love and the journey with it. Anyone who is afraid of it are cowards. It's like asking if it's better to live and die than to not live at all. Sure, life is full of pain, but it's full of joy as well. The same is true for love.

Love is the most beautiful thing in the world. Without it life is like a waterless pond. It is always better to have loved and lost than to have not loved at all. Although u get a broken heart still you will never regret of not falling in love.

yes i do believe in it because i think that if you truly love some one with all your heart then you will always want the best for that person even if it means letting them go. The happy times that you shared tougher cannot be taken away and it will always be a part of yours and his life and nothing can ever change that

i would prefer not to have loved at all because of same reasons as most ppl do here. after 14 years of living in together, 4 dating..then ended up breaking up..it made me very bitter with the whole relationship thing. i mean, who wants to go through all that heartache....sleepless nights, worries...so on..and on..and on. if i knew what i know now, i'd remain single for the rest of my life, it's not worth all that bitterness and heartache to me.

To lose something you loved is most painful. It adds to a person's emotional baggage. It tends to make people more cynical and distrustful. Its so much better to remain unattatched and unassuming!
But this isn't possible in the real world. You will love and you will lose and you will love again!

Definitely better to have never loved at all. The pain makes you bitter and angry after a while and that's a turn-off to anyone you meet after you've had a heartbreak. It's better to have never loved at all and be naive and still self confident.

better to have loved and lost. we as human beings need heartache and love to grow as people. without these things we would be empty distant. we also could end up getting hurt in other ways by not knowing what it feels like to be in love. everyone should get to be loved and love at least once in their lives.

dear
love is such a nice feeling to which we cannot say no. from our birth we start loving people. god gave us this beautiful gift in life. 'THAN WHY TO SAY NO'. yes, I do agree that when you lost your love, we feel bad too. but we have brain and faith that if our love is true than we can bring our love back. HAVE FAITH IN LOVE!!!
