Paris Hilton is despised. I would replace her with Tori Spelling.

It really does vary. Couple of weeks ago it was the guy who claimed to have killed JonBenet. It has been Jeffery Dahmer, Scott Peterson, Michael Jackson, and several others. As to George Bush, some people in USA do despise him, and I'm not fond of his actions, but I don't think he is the most despised. He still has a large number of people who adore him second only to Christ.
Today, I would still have to say Osama binLaden.
Child predators should be the most despised. But don't limit it to one.

Pretty obviously George Bush, I'm guessing whoever gets voted in in 2008 is going to be more dispised unless we get another Enron-like scandal that we can all be outraged by or a good hypacritical pop-icon or child molesting pop-star.

Apparently poor Pluto, since they took his planet away from him. And as a replacement, I suppose we could nominate Donald Duck (especially since he seems to see fit to walk around without any pants on!).
