if you have a web based e mail - then there may still be a copy on the sever ..try logging on directly via web site .....if yours is not ...and it is not in the deleted box anymore then sorry but its gone ......there are programmes which may have recovered it for you ...but after two months i would not be possible to recover

I think email cannot b produced in court of law as proofs so plz confirm from the lawyer

Did you check your Deleted file? Mail will usually go there until you empty it.
