Whether the upcoming township 'Crossings' in Ghaziabad is a safe place to invest /reside?

The location is along NH-24,near Hindon river and greater NOIDA. The project is by M/s Crossings Infrastructure Ltd ( a group of 7 builders including Gaursons are involoved).

If I was you, I wait! Sometimes they put the traffic on a fifferent st or highway, and you'r place will look like a ghost town!! Invest?? I'll wait. reside? Sure!!
