Predetermining the level of understanding and consciousness that somebody else has, is limiting their learning experience. You can answer the most difficult question in the world to somebody that is not very smart, that if you do it in a simple way, with simple words, they will understand (at least some of it and just that, is worth it!).

But I see where you're coming from and I agree, people that use specific technical language or have no consideration for age difference and cultural background, have no intention of actually sharing, they just love the sound of their own voice!.

Oh dear, same reason some peopl ask questions that mean nothing.
I would say some people have a little too much time on their side and just like the idea of being able to get into a conversation with some one, lots of lonely odd people out there you know. there is a think call communication and we all need a bit of it at some stage or another of our lives. People just liketo practice theri typling skills, I am just practicing mine here.

My answer will probably be misinterpreted as rude, but I would guess that people answer partly as practice. For example, I noticed that even though the wording of your question is grammatically incorrect, you asked it anyway. That is great, seriously, and it's good practice for getting the language correct. By the same token, people answer the best they can, and hopefully improve as they go along.

Everyone has their own interpretation of what the question may mean to them. So without further details from you the asker you will leave yourself open to many different responses, yes even the stupid ones. What may seem dumb to you may make perfect sense to the answerer.

If you held a dart in your hand, you would eventually throw it whether or not there was a dartboard around.
