think there are good and bad people in every race of human beings. unfortunately there are some people who don't value other peoples religious beliefs other than their own. will never bend when it comes to what they have been led to believe is true. It's a shame that peace will never be for people, the size of a spec of dust when compared to the space our Earth rotates in. What a waste of time, fighting, wars, etc.

How many wars in the world involve Muslims?
Out of all the terrorists attacks in the last ten years how many do not involve Muslims?
All these supposed peaceful Muslims need to get control of their religion and their governments, it appears they are loosing to Islam extremists.
They are not "Militants" they are terrorist's. It is not a religious Jihad, it is man made greed and hate.
If I thought that Islam was teaching "love thy neighbor" and "killing is wrong" I wouldn't be so negative.
but 50% of the time that is NOT how it is being preached.
How much blood has to be spilled before Muslim can live with Muslim? Shite with Sunni etc. ? Once that happens how long does the world have to wait until Islam can live peacefully (co-partners) with all the other religions?
I know lets give all the Muslim countries the most destructive power on the earth and we'll see how "Loving"
they will be.

People are entitled to seek and believe in the Almighty, Supreme One in any fashion they so choose. The problem with any religion is when people attempt to enclose God or make HIM some finite being. No human mind is capable of completely comprehending the Almighty One. Sometimes, I compare the understanding of God to India's tale of several blinds seeking to define an elephant:
The blind holding the body thought an elephant is like a wall; the blind holding the tail thought an elephant is like a snake; and so forth. No religion has the definite answer to the Almighty, Supreme One. Only a sincere heart can even come close to understanding GOD!

I think that people tend to misunderstand. I do not know everything that there is to know about Islam, but I know that they believe that what they are doing is right, just as America, which is mostly some form of Christian believes that it is right. When people learn to respect each others differences in choice and opinion, we will be much better off as a world.

I've known a few and been friends with a few, and in my experience they were some of the kindest, most generous and hospitable people I've ever met.
Islamophobia is a modern-day mental illness. Don't fall for the propaganda - the majority of Muslims are decent people, not so different from any of the rest of us.

Islam: To me it's 99% the same as Chrstianity. It's just another monotheistic religion.
Muslims: I can't generalise because they are different in every country. I know some Muslims and they are the same as other people in their country.

i'm sorry to say that i dislike islam, and many muslims. it started when the p.l.o. murdered israeli athletes in the name of islam at the olympics. then muslims decided that the u.s. were there enemy also, they started hyjacking planes, taking hostages, and cutting throats of innocents. all in the name of islam. and then there's the black muslims here that want to overthrow the govt. i have watched, and listened to all these muslims. what i haven't heard is emphatic outrage and condemnation of these terrorist acts by the muslim community. why, because they are not outraged.

Islam as a personal religion is OK. As a political ideology it is evil.
