Nice, youre getting all kinds of answers!
Well here it goes:

1 kg = 1000 grams.
so
.01 = 2 fewer zeroes in grams, or 10 grams (move the decimal the same number of places in the same direction -to the left- to keep the equation true)

So .06 kg is 60 grams

1/600 of a kilogram = .06kg or 600grams = 600g

follow this reasoning:

1kg = 1000 grams = 1000g
0.1kg= 1/10kg = 100g
0.01kg=1/100kg = 1g
