ok,well i been nauseated,my boobs started hurting today or should i say yesturday.my nipples hurt.my lower back hurts,my lower abnominal hurts.sept.12,i went to the bathroom.there was a little bit of red blood on my pantyliner.when i wiped it was light and pinkish with little spects of red.everytime i went to the bathroom it was still light.even when i had put a pad on it was barely nothing in it.then it was little bit of pink.after it was a little bit of red blood not dark but when i checked it again it was brown.then it was a light pinkish stain.i took a pregnancy test the other day and it was negative, but i also read that four weeks is to early for a test to come back positive because your hcg hormones is not high enough for a urine teat.also that after you have implantation bleeding your test should come out positive, because after implantation your hcg hormone level start to rise.i think i'm just having implantation bleeding.could i be pregnant?

I had "spot" bleeding 6 weeks into my pregnancy. So, bleeding is possible. You also have similar symptoms to me (sore, throbbing boobs and sickness). I didn't have stomach aches. Your symptoms are also similar to a period (stomach cramps).
The BEST pregnancy test is "Clearblue". this can show a result 4 days before your period is due. Is your period late?
If in doubt, go to the doctors. They will do a test for you.

Sounds like typical period symptoms gone haywire. If you've been super stressed about starting it could be delaying the start. Take a day off of worry but take care of yourself and retest in a week. Good luck!!

See your GP for second opinion, but you could be preganant. Spot bleeding is common in the in first trimester in preganancy, but it could just be a side effect of implantation

You could be pregnant, but you may also be about to start your period.
It is really hard to say at this point, try another test.
Good luck!
