Gravity . It acts instantaneouldy. It's speed is immeasurable .
light takes some 8minutes to reach the earth from the SUn; but gravity if it is eliminated from the sun, will act instantaneoulsy and send the planets hurtling into space at the tangent of thier orbits instantaneously even before the light from the sum could reach them.
But it has no speed as it is instantaneous!
Among the natural forces , this is the only one that has no speed but faster than light .Even for the Gods it took some zillions of years to create even a blade of grass .even human mind tkaed quire some time like the compouter to process its thoughts. But if there is a peceptible and tremendous force that can act fater than light , it is GRAVITY ALONE .The only special force in the universe.

That depends on the speed time is going at. When you are busy, or having fun, time goes fast. When you are bored or unhappy, time goes slow. so actualy the answer is relative to where you are and what you are doing at the time..make sense?

Other than that, perhaps thought may be faster than time, but I like my first answer better.
