Sounds like you need some help. Perhaps you should ask for some volunteers to teach you. Ya know the old saying...give a woman a fish and you feed her for a day. Teach her how to fish (or in this case see stars) and you have feed her for a lifetime. There is no substitute for hands on experience.

Just try relaxing and do what feels good. I dont think there is any "ONE" way that works for everyone. Just know that it is completely normal and that most men find it incredibly erotic and beautiful when a woman does it.

If it doesn't feel good when you try, then don't do it. Masturbation isn't for everyone.
Also, your expectations probably aren't helping. The worst way to experience pleasure is to try really hard to experience pleasure.
