Do not believe in all those commercials which promise height gain. You will have to remember one thing that one of the most prominent things in growing tall is your genes. However games like basketball does help a lot. Last but not least try & accept yourself the way you are......

There really is no exercise that will help you grow larger. It is a myth that lifting weights will stunt your growth, but it will probably not help you grow taller. It is thought that running will promote your body to grow to its best height, but nothing can really make you taller than you would be besides harmful hormone treatment.

Your best bet is just to stay healthy and eat your vegetables!!

If you are already fully grown, however, then unfortunately you will not grow any more.
