I really like this guy and he thinks my friends hot but she doesnt like him and his parents hate asians and people that are different from chinese or tiwanese.
im friends wit him but i want to be best friends or more and i dont want him to think of me as a freaky friend. I enjoy his company and want to remain as friends :( :)

Just because he thinks that your friend is hot! doesnt mean he doesnt notice you.. He might see physical features with her and much more with you but, is as scared as you to do the aproaching. Theres nothing that can happen with you just letting him know how you feel. Some thing great could proberly come from a couple of words, if and when you ask... And for that girls family there is alot of people like that that still exists in this world and we just have to hope that there egnorance will one day change.

When you are with him, be sincere and honest with him.
Find out what he terms as freaky behaviour and don't behave that way with him!
Show care for him and respect his views and values. At this moment do not worry too much about his parents as you are only his friend and not a couple yet.

I would take things slow and then see what happens from there flirt a little bit with him and see how he reacts because you might loose him as a friend if you try to rush something
