1500 or 12678 I'm residing in Trichy (Tamil Nadu) I'm using bsnl. In the box its wirtten"for complaitnts call 1500 or 12678" i hope its the customer care number in Chennai too. Are u a student in anna university (mechanical eng.)

It's very simple. You may dial 1500 and select any service.
Alternatively you can get it from 197 also.
