Dear madam,
First thing you should realise is there is no such thing as lucky no or lucky day or lucky colour etc.
Each no , each colour or each day is as good as the other .
For example if you are in Karnataka , Tuesdays & Amavasya's are considered to be in auspicious days .
But just move 900 kms towards north of Bangalore tuesdays become very auspicious and same is the case when one moves 300 kms to east of Bangalore , Amavasya is a very good day .
But people of Maharashtra or people of Tamil nadu are equally prosperus if not more when compared to people of karnataka in spite of giving importance to tuesdays ans amavasyas.
And Madam , all this lucky days or nos are in our mind, just start considering every day and every no as lucky and you will have peace of mind other wise your mind will be in pieces.
And you said you are planning to invest in properties but you did not specify which place you are talking about.
And if it is Bangalore just go ahead and invest .
Do not bother about lucky nos but be extra careful with the property documents
Good luck
