i want online radio training schools that can give me scripts and tips on how to be a good radio presenter.?

am a student in some radio training school in Uganda and we are short of information here i mean we are being taught little to be good radio DJ or presenter so am seeking for help 'cause i want to be one good radio presenter and i would like to expand my knowledge on matters concerning radio.
