All the cafes have very good morning specials. Palace Station has a cafe that has $1.99 breakfast specials. Almost all the casinos have good and cheap breakfast specials at the cafes.

Las Vegas Club (they'll have "nite owl" specials posted in the casino but you can absolutely throw down on some killer breakfasts for under $10.00)

Actually, we ate at Denny's right on the strip... had a great breakfast of eggs benedict for a cheap price.

Many of the small bar/pubs have great inexpensive breakfast. The Keg/Loose Caboose/PT's
Because of the smaller atmosphere the service is usually better!

When I stayed at the Flamingo the buffet breakfast was pretty good but I don't recall the price.

There's a restaurant just across from the air force base, next to the holiday inn restaurant. I can't remember the name but they had the best blueberry pancakes!!! and sooooo cheap!!!

Probably right in the hotel you are staying in, they all have cheap buffets.. like all you can eat for $3.95 or something like that..
