Does anyone know what kind of equipment is needed for the startup of a sandwich and coffee shop?

I would welcome any links to free resources on the internet, sample business plans, equipment cost, etc.

May I suggest sandwich makings, a coffee pot, some coffee cups, coffee of course and a cash register for starters. Having some customers with cash in your pocket would be a big plus.

check out a place called m. tucker in paterson NJ. they sell restaurant equipment. i think they have a website.

a walk in cooler, a coffee pot, grill, deep frier if your doing fries.
