if we didn't have advanced in technology today would all those millions of people died in our childish wars?

we have had millions of jewish people killed at the hands of the germans back in the first world war... loads of people killed in the september 11 twin towers attack plus lets not forget the bali bombing... you dont see those 3rd world countries attacking America? no of course not if not for modern technology maybe we wouldnt have tv and other entertainment but we would just have to find fun just like or ansestors have. but of course technology would come in time but maybe they would have more sense than to go around bombing things... now all i ask would it have been better?

Technology, morally speaking, is neutral. That is, there is nothing in it that is inheritly evil or good.
That being the case, it is a pointless but fun topic that you have brought up.
One can argue that since modern technology gives people the means to kill more people, more rapidly and more "efficiently", thus it would end up that more people can die in a large conflict. Thus, this is one factor why the 20th century was humanity's bloodiest.
The important thing to remember is that although the technology changes, human nature does not. So, if we did not have the technology, we would still wage war and have bloodshed. Millions sitll would have died, just not that many millions.
One counter point to this is that it is arguable that advanced technology in the RIGHT hands can actually deter war. Thus, the cold war remained cold due to each side's fear of mutually assured destruction. In fact, one can argue that more advanced technology in the right hands after WWII (namely the USA and NATO etc.) made the later half of the 20th century far less bloodier than the first half. (Granted, this didn't always work out that way.)

The Great War, or WW1, had more war casualties, noncivilian, than WW2. German politics after the Treaty of Versailles, along with Hitler's fascist hold on politics, precipitated the tragedy of the Holocaust. Let me point out, not to be insensitive but, over three million Eastern Europeans, 500,000 Gypsies and up to 1 million of the disabled and institutionalized were killed in the Holocaust as well.
