Depends on your definition of foul. A pregnant woman's vagina may smell "different," even "stronger," and that may be considered "foul" by sensitive noses.

But if you're comfortable and familiar with your various odors, "foul" may indicate that something is not right. Talk with your ob about it at your next visit.

A more musky odor yes, a foul odor no. A foul odor is usually an indication of an infection. I suggest going to an ob/gyn as soon as possible to get checked out for a possible yeast infection. Do NOT use a douche, they kill all the bacteria that live there, even the ones that are supposed to live there. Good luck.

sounds like an infection called Gardnerella, its caused by wiping from the back to the front. Its treatable with antibiotics after the baby is born. Do a google search for more detailed info, thats all i know. also see a doctor for a swab test.

Actually if it's a foul odor it could be a yeast infection, if she's pregnant and has a yeast infection she should see a doctor IMMEDIATELY
