Where can you get extension rails to make a full head board usable for a queen matress?

Of coarse there is such thing. They retail for about 70.00, I got one for my art deco full bed, and I could fit my queen matress and boxspring on it. You can get them at furniture stores that sell beds.

No such thing. What you CAN do, however, is buy a metal frame that fits a queen size bedding, and bolt it to your full-size bed. Keep in mind that it will look a little awkward.

I would think the store where you got your mattress would have them.. or watch for garage sales, they somethings sell beds.. and might sell them to you .. don't know where you are but we have stores here called Big lots.. and they sell things like that.. but I would check discount furniture stores too..
