Sprinkle some Boric Acid in the window sills and around any perimeter that they might be coming through. Works great for ants too!

Wish I knew. I had 2 that showed up in my apartment a few days ago. I used bug spray. I think this is just the time we will have to be prepared to see them in our homes, when it gets cold and wet this time of the year. Yuk!
