Usually I take a deep breath and walk away. Very rarely I yell, but you would have to make me really angry.

I will think ! I will be trying to understand why something could make me angry and I will calmly discuss with him / her / them, so he / she / they so I will really understand what was wrong. Angry without any result whatsoever is so wasting time and energy. The only tip in this kind of situation is be temper and most of the time I ask God how to overcome the problem. Based on my experiences, I solved almost all of the problems with a happy end.

I make very sacrastic statements to the individual. I also will ignore that person for a little while while I fume to myself thinking of all of the witty and rude things I could have said to them. By that time I get myself laughing about my comments and feel better. I know, it's pathetic.

Say "ARRRghhhh!"... take a deep breath and imagine weird things... take another deep breath and type on the computer. Otherwise, people in my household tends to loose their underwear as I go about hiding the culprits one (^.^) Then promptly forgetting that I did that and doing another batch of laundry.

Usually I insult back if I was insulted.
After if I'm really but REALLY STRESSED I start writting out how I feel in a page(that's how I wrote "Obscure feeling" check my question). Or I just write rage-ful/nonsense words in a page without order

Depending on how mad I am a couple things could happen:
1. I get really sarcastic and mouthy
2. I give whoever p'd me off the silent treatment
or
3. if I am REALLY mad, I usually grab the remote and throw it.

i react differently with different people in different situations.with my husband , i shout. with my kids i stop talking, with my grand son i brood in front of him till he comes to me & gives me a hugging kiss. with my friends i clevery avoid the topic,with my students well i make them study till they get it 100% correct. with my neighbours i try to hide my anger with a sweet smile.( very artificial so that they can make out that i am not pleased )etc etc etc but i don't hurt myself by banging my head or pulling my hair etc. throwing things never. again i may have to buy them & they cost money.
