There are many over-the-counter toothpastes, gels and strips that can help brighten and whiten your teeth. There are also several procedures that your dentist can perform to remove stains and discoloration from your not-so-pearly whites.
Some tooth whitening methods have side effects which includes increased sensitivity in teeth or pain or irritation in the gums. Others may be particularly high in acid, which can damage the protective enamel on teeth. So before you begin any at-home tooth bleaching or whitening system, please do consult with your dentist. Not only that you can visit him/her (so that's one to go to the "visit your dentist atleast twice a year") but he/she can recommend you the best possible suiting your teeth's properties.

I use colgate total whitening toothpaste, it works wonders. If you have stained teeth from red wine or smoking you will need a more speciallised toothpaste. Check with your dentist. Maybe try that colgate brush on whitener, you know the one that look like it's in a nail polish container.

well you can just ask your dentist. i think bleaching just makes it glowing white and so you don't have to brush anymore. or zoom whitening helps but both these methods cost expensive {10000-15000}. what u r doing is the best way 2 go, u just have 2 maintain this regime and its all in time so don't panic your teeth will become whiter in a few months.

be careful with whiteners- especially peroxide... it dulls the enamel on your teeth.... i used crest white strips and they worked great.
Did you try brushing you teeth at least 2 times a day and flossing. I think crest offers luminous. It strengthens your enamel and also whitens... check it out
Did you suffer from a high fever as a child???
