For a good 10 years now, I've had problems getting to sleep and staying that way. Sometimes I can go to bed and sleep for at least 5 hours, but I haven't been able to do that anymore.

Usually If I do get to sleep, I keep waking up. Does anyone know why? I'm in my mid-20s and I'm in good health. I don't drink very often (maybe once or twice a month) and have never smoked.

And, for the most part, even If I FEEL tired, I still won't fall asleep (like right now).

1. Are you stressed?

2. Do you exercise daily?

3. Large consumption of caffine?

4. I really suggest you talk to your Physician about this problem.

At least you don't have problem trying to stay awake. I tend to sleep more than I should. Luckily coffee keeps me awake!
