I wouldn't recommend pitted plums better to drink prune juice plums aren't really much of a laxative as prunes are.Pediatric nurse for 13 years and still going strong

im not sure plums will help however prunes do, you eat the dry fruit and it pulls moisture from your stomach area to your bowel and causes your bowels to move, try about 3 and wait an hour, if that didnt do it try 3 more, with me its dried apricots and i can eat a whole pound but then i cant sit anywhere but the toilet for 24 hrs. clean as a whistle.

After you try some pieces of Apple with the skin combine with some watermelon ........let me know!!!
or eat a whole grapefruit before you go to bed
ussualy constipation happens when there's no fiber in body try to eat more fiber knowing that fiber does not work if you do not drink enough water

7-10 prunes, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 banana and water should work.
kashi cereal contains a lot of fiber.
do wiki constipation.

Try prunes or bran muffins. They'll work better than plums.

I usually drink a buttload of Apple Juice because it tastes better and works fine in large quanities.
