No it will be less than 2 L. The quantities are called partial molar volumes.
If you work it out the volume wil be about 1.95 L.

coz alcohol dissolves in water
after saturation whatever quantity is left will add to the volume
the final volume will depend on the dissolvability of alcohol & temp of water (mixture)

you will have the quantity of 2 litres but the alcohol would be diluted and taste crappy.

yes if you measure it instantly, but if you leave it for sometime alcohol will evaporate gradually
