I'd have to say Cheney. I think Bush simply had the name recognition and the personality to be the the prefect puppet for the power hungry Cheney Thugs to control. What do you think?

Chaney, hes the master mind behind the puppet. Bush doesn't move without Chaney's permission. Then add Bush's brand of play ground bully tactics and you've got one big heap of trouble. That's why you never saw Cheney for so long after Bush was elected. Everyone knew it was Cheney that was running things so he disappeared so people would stop thinking that. They are both Evil, equally but for different reasons. I know I'll rest better once they are gone.

Bush may be stupid but he's not evil. I'm gonna have to point the finger at Cheney... I mean the man shot his friend in the face!! If that's not evil I don't know what is.

EVIL is evil, they both swore to God to protect our constitution, they both not only failed , but they each continue to work towards an Evil agenda based on a New World Order! They have both stolen millions and put into their own pockets, and allowed big corporations to get bigger, as the average guy gets blown away.
Hell I'm not going for a rant, let's just say I feel they are: EQUALLY EVIL !

Cheney. If you can shoot a guy and not even get arrested, then you're pure evil. Bush is just pure not-all-there. He neds to be sat down in front of a TV to watch cartoons where he can't run a country into the ground. [Warning: Opinion]

Neither one is evil..
You want to see evil ?
Look at the Islamofaschist fanatics that the self serving liberal dems are pretending are harmless misunderstood friendlies in order to further their political re-election efforts..
You think 9/11 was bad ?
Wait until the Dems get into power..
You will get a close look at evil as it comes to your town, up close and personal, and of course, it will still be Bush & Cheny's fault.

The puppet master is always more evil than the puppet. Cheney is the devil, Bush does as he's told.
