I got a new lead pencil and when i ripped the tag on that i relazied that there was some kind of a sticky glue on my pencil and i cant seem to get it off with water or some soap.

Alcohol, dab a bit on a cotton ball or Q-tip, it works great. You can also use nail polish remover, as long as its non acetone...I hope this helps
