Does anyone know how I can bypass a firewall by "websense"?

I can't seem to get onto www.myspace.com, the firewall won't alow it and I've tried typing it in in a foreign language using babelfish but that doesn't work, also it won't let me go on any proxy websites I've tried, help!!!

ask the IT manager to bypass it for you.
