MBA means you are a full-time student doing your MBA program for two years. Executive MBA programs are for professionals who are part-time MBA students. These students go to the classes at night and the courses are also more for professionals that are currently working. Average age for executive MBAs are older than it is for regular MBAs. It takes four years to finish the executive MBA instead of two years.
