can you press down on your stomach really hard and it dont hurt are you pregant? not like hit yourself but just press down hard and it dont hurt like it would normally can you be pregant? no negative answers please.

I don't completely understand your question. But, I am sure that if you press down firmly on your stomach, and it is hard, you most likely are pregnant.....And yes, this is true. Once, I went to the doctor, at Stanford, which is one of the best in the nation, and the doctor applied pressure to my stomach. I asked her why, and she told me that when its considerably hard (or harder then normal), the probablity of pregnancy is higher. Also, one of my cousins was pregnant, and didn't know it, and the thing that made her go to the doctor and get a test is because I told her about the hard stomach thing, and her stomach was extremely hard, so she went.
Applying slight pressure does not hurt the fetus, for those of you who said that. If that was the case, most of the people who get exams during pregnancy would have damaged babies. Its part of the process people!

While I know not everyone has common sense, this question is crazy. You should not try to see if you are pregnant by pushing on your stomach. A: that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard and B: Pushing REALLY hard could maybe hurt you or the baby if you are pregnant. Although it's not probable it's possible. They DO sell pregnancy tests at the dollar store you know. Even if you are young and broke you can afford a dollar right?

No. I have 7 children. The only way to tell is to get a pregnancy test or go to the doctor and have a test done there. Good luck.

i am 15 weeks i wouldnt suggest pushing down on ur stomach if u might be pregnant...go get a pregnancy test pushing on ur stomach aint going to tell u if ur pregnant...good luck
