the ghetto is a very hard and rough place to live. And by being loud and a little inconsiderate you're showing others that you're tough and not to be messed with. It's all about survival. Plus, thats how gangstas roll.

It is a matter of being unable to recognise a communication style based upon personality.
Ghetto people usually don't have that type of knowledge available to them.
More immediate and culturally pressing needs that affect a minority member may not effect a majority member.
Living in a ghetto is not a pleasant experience, and most people do not keep quiet about that which causes them pain.

Dude - Ghetto people do not have a monopoly on RUDE. Rednecks do it all the time AND Socialite Snobs..., who look down on poor people, cursing them and talking to them like garbage.
