In Chinese we don't spell words - words are equal to characters, and each character in Chinese has a different meaning. You cannot spell any English word in Chinese. Some English words are said with a Chinese accent and then Chinese language rules are used to pronounce the word. For example the word "bed". In Chinese we cannot end a word with a "d" sound, so we'll pronounce it: be-de (de as in delicious).
If you want to say the name Courtney in Chinese, it will sound like: ke - ou - re - te - ney (ke - e as in delicious; ou as in old; re as in wrist; te - e as in delicious; ney as in English Courtney.
But to write it in Chinese, you will have to go to a Chinese person and tell him what meaning you prefer, because there are many Chinese characters that sound the same but have different meanings. It will be too difficult to do it over the internet.
