I'd go with Wayne. Indy figures to score more offensive TDs than Philly and Stallworth figures to draw double coverage.

Reggie is a MUST start. Stallworth had a great week 1, and that was against the same defense that Wayne will face this week. Also, The Colts are at home and the Eagles will face a tough Giants team that will look to rebound from a week 1 defeat
