There are a lot of factors to take into consideration so there is no current definate answer. Today, we eat a lot of foods with preservatives which slow down the decomposition rate, also certain vaults and caskets seal out the air and outside factors also helping to preserve the body.

It depends on the conditions of where your corpse turns up, for instance in a dry salty area, your body can naturally mummify and never completely be just bones. This is the case for a lot of the natural mummies of Egypt, and the a lot of the ice mummies .
