never used to be like this....is it because i am on anti inflammatories for my arthritis

the medicine is coming out in your urine. drink extra water and it will clear it up

That's possible if it started at about the same time.

Foul odor is also a sign of a urinary tract infection. If the odor is accompanied by burning when urinating, lower abdominal pain or flank (back) pain, you might want to contact the Dr. if any of these other usual signs are present. Don't be afraid to call the Dr office and ask to speak to his nurse. Leave your message with her so she can ask the Dr.

The tablets could have a lot to do with it - or even certain foods - if I eat sugar puffs my urine usually smells like them later in the day.
It's quite normal - so don't worry.

Think it might be due to something that you are eating. I know that if i eat some cereals (like sugar-puffs) then my urine will smell wheaty too.
