Well, if you mean for hygienic reasons..then you should change it every day, after you shower for the day...and at night, after you shower..go to bed without one..it's much more comfortable.......but if you mean changing it when it's worn out...then do so when it's not doing the job it was intended to do. If there's holes or tears in it, toss it and get a new one...

You mean, should you wear you bra more than once ? I don't know. I sometimes wear the same bra 2 days in a row.

Put on a fresh one in the morning after you shower. Change into a sport bra after work when you go to the gym. Change into a fresh bra when you shower after your workout.
That should about do it.

Depends on how big your breast are and how much you sweat... I know my breast are huge and my bras cost about 35-40 dollars a piece so i have 3 bras that i wear through-out the week...

I switch mine around, but they usually get worn 2-3 times before a wash--I keep an older one on hand to wear to work, because work is hot and sweaty. (Work is also the only place where I consistently wear one--I'm small enough to go without unless I'm wearing a t-shirt.)

I think I you have to change it atleast every 3 months I usually Buy a whole bunch of them then I stock up again in 3 month's
