You could pick up a local newspaper and find the reporter's name by looking for his by-line and call them at the paper with your issue, just make sure that it is the kind of story that they cover.

Well you can call and ask for whoever handles whatever the issue is. II assume you are talking about a local problem significant to your community.
If necessary, make an appointment with the reporter. Take pictures or any other kind of proof of the injustice.
Then follow up. If it is a really big issue, and the local press is not interested, take it to a larger news source. Some of the major television stations have a toll free number you can call also.
And of course you can always write a :Letter to the Editor but there is no guarantee that it will be printed.
If none of these things work, or none of the other suggestions offered here, you might try enlisting the aid of someone in your neighborhood to bring the matter to the proper authorities.

A lot depends on where you are. If you in a big City well connected to the media try calling your local news paper's reporter or report directly to the editor. If you want it in TV media look for local TV reporter.

If you are in remote place, try to get hold of the website of the News Paper/ TV channels or their toll free numbers and contact them

You just call them and tell them about it, or tell them where the news conference will be and at what time. If they're interested, they will show up or interview you.
