Well, First you want to hire an architect to draw up the designs. Then, you want to hire a Building Contractor to have his crew do the actual building. No man can build it all on his own. But, since you're the boss, you can tell him (for the duration of the project) that you are working with him on the actual building of the skyscraper. ;)

The first thing you want to do is form a Corporation or an LLC to protect your assests assuming you have the the credit get a construction loan for$200 Million (the cost of your skyscraper) a lawyer woudl be helpful here, then your company or LLC needs to buy the property on which to build said skyscraper. Next hire a reputable Architect to design the building and produce the construction drawings, make sure you pay Architect at least 50% of his fee upon delivery of building permit. Once you have the drawings you will want to get bids from several general contractors to build it for you. (You gotta have a contractors liscense) At about this time it would be a good Idea to get a construction loan (it's better to use other peoples money, thats leverage). Once you decide which contractor you will hire it would be advisable to hire a construction manager to manage the projet for you.

You know what, Oreos make great skyscrapers. Just stack them, and pray that nobody sprays milk on your structure--collapse is imminent if that happens. Legos are great, too, though I recommend Gorilla Glue to keep the pieces together. Don't want Donald Trump's help? Then find some other billionaire--there are a few out there who might be eccentric enough to listen to you. If all else fails, then take a nap and build one in your dreams--you'll never go over budget, have to worry about building permits, or have Donald Trump there.

First, you have to purchase the land. Then you'll need to grease the politicians so you can get zoning clearance for your building. Now hire an engineering firm to design your building and develop all the drawings and specifications needed for the project. You will probably also hire some type of interior designer for some of the interior furnishings and fixtures. You'll have to go back through the politicians again for approval of your design. Now you'll have to hire a construction company. Save yourself some time and make them responsible for the entire project. Now sit back and watch for a year to two years for the construction process to be completed. You'll want to hire some people to sell your spaces in the new building when construction is 6-9 months from completion.

Kinda new to the building trades huh? Start with just checking out what it takes to build a single family home. Then multiply the cost, time and effort by a factor of about ten thousand, and you will be in the ball park.

You won't find out any answers here. I'd suggest looking in the yellow pages under "builders of skyscrapers with underground parking and fountains".

Its called tubular construction. Where the outside frame is made stronger than the rest of the building so u need less support beams on the inside. Just watch out for hijacked airplanes.

It would only be wise if you are still in school(preferably elementary) by the time you have learned all you would need to know to accomplish this project, you would probably be living in someone elses 120 story dream as a retired senior citizen!!!
