My ex-wife is sueing me for neglecting to play alimony for the last 7 months. I am curious if this court hearing will effect my credit rating at all.

Losing will afect your credit rating, and it could also affect your way of life, since in some states refusal to pay alimony is a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison. Pay the b i t c h... it's cheaper in the long run
